摘要
本文提出地域特征决定旅游业发展方式的观点，在分析新宁旅游区地域特征的基础上，设计出其市场拓展方向与旅游业发展方式。
The Paper analyses the district Character and the economic surroundings in XinNing. HuNan. It points out the direction of market development and the way to tourist development. According to the concret conditions it also puts forward some development of measures.
