综述了中国射击教练员对心理训练的认识及多种心理训练技术在训练与比赛中的全方位实施，包括心理素质的训练和培养，赛前心理定向与调控，赛中的自信、自控、抗干扰和应变，赛后的心理恢复等。教练员是实施心理训练的主体，中国射击运动员的心理训练已逐步发展成为一个多层次、全方位的心理训练系统。

The article summarizes Chinese shooting Coaches' cognitions and omnibearing enforcement of psychological training skills in exercises and matches,including exercises and training of psgchological qualities before,during and after matches.Coaches being the training principal parts,Chinese shooting players'psychological training is gradually forming an omnibearing training system.
