现代教育技术与对外汉语教学的改革

Modern Educational Technology and Reform of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language(TCFL)

现代教育技术是指以多媒体计算机和网络通讯技术为核心的信息技术应用于教育教学实践活动而产生并逐渐形成的一门教育技术学科。它以现代教育理论和学习理论为指导思想，以多媒体计算机和网络通讯等信息技术为技术手段，对教育过程和教育资源进行设计、开发、运用、管理和评价，以达到优化教育过程和教育资源、提高教育质量和效率的目的。因此现代教育技术的应用必将导致教育内容、教育方法、教育手段，以至教育模式和教育思想观念的深刻变革。不仅现代教育技术的教学设计理论能够为对外汉语教学改革提供理论指导原则，而且多媒体计算机辅助教学系统和网络系统可以为语言教学创建理想的教学环境，有望解决传统教学中一些长期存在的难题，开创对外汉语教学全新的局面。因此，我们必须把研究、开发、推广应用现代教育技术，促进对外汉语教学改革，不断提高教学质量作为一项跨世纪的任务，认真加以落实。其中最为重要的工作一是研制、开发对外汉语教学软件精品，一是大力培训教师。

The Modern Educational Technology(MET)is an independent branch of education science.It applies the multi media computer and network communication technology to the practical activity of education.The guide idea of MET is the modern educational theory and the learning theory.The technocal support of MET is multi media computer and network communication technology.The MET shall design,develop,apply,manage and evaluate the educational procedure and educational resources in order to optimize the educational procedure and resources,to improve the educational quality and effect.The application of MET shall deeply change the educational content,approach,measure,model and ideology.The educational design theory of MET will provide theoretical principles for TCFL.The multi media computer and the network system may create an ideal environment for education,and it may also help to solve many difficult problems in teaching.The two important toasks are:to develop the software for TCFL,and to train teachers for TCFL.
