该文介绍了北京市语言学会和中国人民大学对外语言文化学院联合举办的《计算语言学系列讲座》的主要内容。即：一、计算语言学产生的背景——计算机和语言学发展的需要；二、中文信息处理、计算机自动分词与计算语言学；三、计算语言学的发展和实践证明传统语法的许多结论是正确的，仍具有生命力；四、面对计算语言学的挑战，现代汉语研究中应注意的思想和原则。

Abstract The article introduces the major contents of the serial lectures on computational linguistics jointly sponsored by Beijing Language Society and the International College of Chinese Language and Culture of Renmin University:1.The background of the appearance of the computational linguistics the demand from the development of computers and linguistics;2.The Chinese language information process,the automatic word recognition and computational linguistics.3.The development of the computational linguistics proves many research results of the traditional grammar are correct,and rich of vitality;4.Certain ideas and principles something should be attached importance to in modern Chinese research, facing the challenges from computational linguistics.
