个性与工作绩效关系研究的新进展 被引量:13

摘要 个性与绩效及其相互关系是90年代国际人力资源管理研究的热点问题之一,很多研究的焦点集中 在探讨个性特征对绩效的预测能力。该文围绕个性研究的构思与测量、敏感的个性预测指标、新的 绩效测量动态以及个性与绩效关系中的中介变量和缓冲变量等四个方面,对新近的一些研究进行了 综合分析和评述。
