目标设置理论及其新进展 被引量:109

摘要 目标设置理论是近来研究最多、影响最大的一种激励理论,它从设置明确目标的角度来研究激励问 题。理论提出以后,研究者不断对它进行补充完善,文章主要介绍了目标设置理论研究发展过程中 提出的两个模型:基本模型和扩展模型。并对将来的研究方向进行了展望。
