In this paper we are elaborate structure, main contents, demonstration, application and dissemination of Rapeseed production Expert System, based-on Internet background. At the same time, model-base, knowledge base, basic database, interface, and combining demonstration and dissemination with “Company + Base + Peasants”and “Countryside Party Members Long-range Education” were discussed.
