摘要
本实验尝试运用支持式就业教育的理念,探讨新形势下启智学校职业教育的改革方向与职业教育模式。结果表明:实验突破了传统的教学模式,符合智力落后儿童身心发展规律,开发了其就业潜能,提高了劳动能力、社会适应能力和求职谋生的能力,为平等参与社会。
The feasibility of supportive vocational education in the school for the mentally retarded (MR) children is discussed.Result has showed,the supportive vocational education is very improtant for mentally retarded children's ability to get job wanted.
