摘要
为明确城乡结合部智力落后学生的就业趋向,为进行劳动技术和职业教育提供依据,我们分别对劳动力市场、即将毕业的智力落后学生的家庭和社会环境进行调查,并得出三点结论:①对智力落后学生的就业概念应给予新的内涵;②应拓宽智力落后学生劳动技术教育的内容,要具有城乡结合部的特色;③职业训练的内容应与市场需求相结合。
The investigation of labor market,family background and social environment of mentally retarded pupils has been reported.Three important conclusions are:①the employment concept for mentally retarded pupils should be renewed;②it is very important to boarden the content about the laboring technical education for mentally retarded pupils;③the vocational training should satisfy the social needs.
