随着我国经济体制由计划经济为主转向以公有制为主体的多种经济成份并存的变化 ,随着企业改革的不断深入 ,现代企业制度给企业档案工作带来了许多新问题、新变化。本文着重从所有制形式的变化中谈对企业档案工作的影响 。

With the transfer of our economic system from the planned economy type to the public ownership- dominated diversified economic type and with the deepening of our en- terprise reform,new problem arise in the area of enterprise filing work.This article discuss- es in particular the negative effects of ownership transfer on enterprise filing work.
