高校收费问题研究——以上海大学国际商学院为例

A Tentative Study of Expenses at University —— An Example Dased on International Business College, shanghai University

高校实行收费是社会主义市场经济体制下教育资源配置的一种必然选择。制定合理的收费政策既要以高校生均准成本为依据 ;又要顾及学生家庭教育负担能力。本调查报告以上海大学国际商学院大一学生为对象 ,就他们的家庭基本经济状况、家长教育负担能力、对学校收费的认同度以及对贷学金制度的看法展开调查 。

The charge demanded by colleges and universities is an inevitable selection for allocation of educational resources in the socialist market economy system. In formulating a rational charge policy it is necessary not only to take the average cost of the students in colleges and universities as a basis but also to consider the capacity of the students' family educational burden. This investigation report, as a reference for the educational decision making department, takes the First Grade students of International Business College, Shanghai University as an object to investigate the basic economic conditions of their family, the capacity of their parents' educational burden, their reconizability of the charge demanded by colleges and universities and their thought on the study loan system.
