理性看待我国大城市的发展

Raional Regard upon Chinese Metropolis Development

近年来,愈来愈多的学者撰文指出我国城市发展方针的局限性,认为应当修改我国城市发展的方针,尤其是大城市发展方针。本丈认为这是一种认识上的误区,是对“严格控制大城市规模”这一方针片面、浅层次的理解,应当以辩证的、可持续发展的观点理性看待我国大城市发展的方针,并在新形势下赋予其新的内涵,以此指导我国大城市发展的实践。

In recent years, more and more scholars wrote articles pointng out the limitation of Chinese urban development policy, they considered that we ought to revise Chinese urban development guiding principle, we considered this a misunderstanding, also a partial, superficial view against foe policy: 'strictly control metropolitan dimensions'. We ought to rationally hold on dialectical, sustainable view point to look upon Chinese metropolis developmnt policy, and under the new situation to endow with a new connotation, base on thes policy to diret the practices of Chinese metropolis development.
