浦东新区城市化过程中的农民问题研究——以严桥镇及其管理的社区为案例

A Case Study of Farmer-Related Problems in Urbanization in Pudong New Area——A Study Based on Investigation of the Situation in Yanqiao Township

浦东新区是中国经济大开发大变革的前沿 ,也是中国农村在较短的时间里和在较高的起点上快速城市化的区域。这里分析的农民问题正是在这个突变过程中提出的 ,它们涉及当地农村体制的转轨 ,农村体制与城市体制的关系 ,以及征地农民的就业安置和他们所处的社区管理等一系列问题。本文作为一个实地调查研究的结果 ,试图通过文中使用的 ,但尚未明言的一种推论方式 ,引导读者对有关农民问题的思考向纵深发展。

Pudong New area,the forefront in China' s reform and opening,is also the place where urbanization of the rural area takes place most rapidly and at a high level.The problems discussed here are exactly the problems that stand outin the process of urbaniza- tion.These include the transformation of the rural system,the relationship between the ru- ral system and the urban system,therelocation of the landless farmersand related communi- ty administration,and etc.As a report based on on- the- spot investigation,this paper hopes to give some insights into farmer- related problems in the course of urbanization.
