Poverty,Poverty Culture and Out from Poverty in the Rural Area

贫困和贫困文化的恶性循环是影响当前农村发展的主要原因 ,本文从文化的核心——人的观念入手 ,分析了贫困文化的种种表现及对贫困所造成的影响。同时 ,本文还提出 ,要想使农村走出贫困的境地 ,必须大力发展农教事业 ,改造农村贫困文化。

Poverty and poverty culture,which are in a vicious circle,are the major ob- stacles affecting the developmentin the rural area.This paper,based on a full- length anal- ysis of various expressions of poverty culture and its negative effect on backward economy, proposesthatthe only way outshould be by devoting majoreffortsto developing education in the countryside and remoulding the poverty culture.
