摘要
责任感是现代劳动者的三项核心要素之一，国民认真人格的衰落犹如民族精神长堤的“溃穴”，对民族的兴旺发展会产生不可估量的危害。本文就这一“溃穴”的成因、危害，如何唤醒和增强国民的责任意识和认真人格作一探究。
Sense of responsibility is one of three key elements of modern laborers. Likethe 'bursting hole' of national spiritual dyke, the decline of national personality of seriousness will destroy a nation's development and prosperity. The thesis makes a detail researchon the causes and dangers of the 'bursting hole' and the ways of arousing national sense ofresponsibility.
