Starting with the essential features of B Shares as a special financial commodity, this paper points out that the difficult position B Shares face result mostly from their ill mobility, high risk and low profit. The key for the standardization and development of B Shares calls for the reconsideration of its position on the stock market. Suggestions are proposed as to how to push forward progress in the standardization and development of B Shares market.
