摘要
文章对秦巴山区宁强试验点早期教育干预网的组织形式进行了探讨。在本研究中,干预网中的组织形式是一个5个层次的管理网络,网络中实施的是一条龙的管理,其中对项目研究人员与政府职能人员的责、权、利作了明确规定和划分,在网络的运作上,体现了科研活动与政府行为的结合。其目的在于通过总结试验点早教干预的经验,探讨有效的组织实施模式。
It is a network in which there are five hierarchies.Meanwhile,responsibility,right and interest between the research workers and government officials have been made clear,and the research work has been defined and combined.with government.The purpose of this research is to establish a effective enforcement pattern of the early education intervention ,especially ,it is important for government to make decision for comprehensive provention of mental retarded children in Qinba mountain areas.
