On the Price Formation Basis of the Public Goods

公共物品是私人物品或一般商品的扩展和延伸，是社会化大生产和分工的结果。公共部门的生产劳动也创造价值和剩余价值，其价格形成同样以价值为基础，但公共物品的成本价格主要由劳动报酬和物化劳动支出构成。

The author holds that public goods,being the result of social mass production and division of labour, are the enlargement and extension of individual or general goods. The production labour of public sector creals value as well as surplus value, and the cost pricc of thePublic goods is mainly composed of payment of labour and material labour exenditure.
