摘要
Based on the published report and the results of rust removal from bronze artifacts, this paper rectifies and supplements the brief report of the excavation of an Early Spring - andAutunm at Xiguan, Nanyang in the seventies. It corrects the number of burial goods, and supplements the missing words on the inscribed text of a bronze jar. Then it discusses the date of the burial goods,In addition, it argues that the tomb was that of the Shengong of the Chu State during the Eariy Spring - and - Autumn period and the two bronze hu - vessels were the remains of the Peng state of the late Westem Zhou.
