摘要
建国５０ 年来， 尤其是改革开放以来， 青年外事健康发展， 取得了巨大成就，为党政外交、经济建设和青年工作等提供了卓有成效的服务， 在推动青年工作和我国总体外交的发展进程中做出了积极贡献。同时青年外事也形成了自身鲜明的特点，
