Abstract In August 1993,Li Tong,a villager at Xingmi City,Accidentally discovered a tomb when digging a pond Henan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Mi County Office of Cultural Relics Preservation curated this discovery Burial gods included pottery wares,bronze coins and iron knives Some of the hollow bricks were decorated with pictorial patterns After summarizing the various evidences, the author argues that this grave should be dated to the Late West Han Dynasty
