论知识经济的特点及发展思路

知识经济是以知识作为资本和生产要素并应用于生产过程中，使知识成为一种现实生产力，推动经济全面增长的新型经济。知识经济的产生与美国经济增长有直接关系。知识经济最本质的特点是：（1）知识是重要的资本和资源；（2）软产品成为重要标志；（3）知识具有不可消失性和不断复制性的特点；（4）劳动力知识化；（5）经济呈跳跃式增长模式。我们应抓住知识经济给我们带来的机遇，采取适合中国国情的正确对策。

Knowledge economy is a new type economy in which knowedge is used as its capitaland production factor, and applied in the course of produchon. As a practical production force,knowlege economy promtes the growth of econmy. Knowege economy has direct relation with U.S. economic growth. It has the following characteristics: (1) knowledge is the key capital and resource; (2) soft product becomes the key symbol; (3)knowedge is everlasting and can be duplicatedcontinuously; (4) labour force can be knowledgeable; (5) it has a leap -growth economic pattem. Wemust seize the opportunity of knowledge economy, and lay down correct policy toward current situation.
