关于我国土地利用发展策略的几点思考──对我国人地关系协调发展对策的探讨

Consideration on development tactics of land use and development in China

人口众多与土地短缺的矛盾，多年来一直困扰着我国的发展。随着21世纪的到来，我国的城市化进程加速，这对矛盾显得更加尖锐。基于这种情况，文章考证了这对矛盾的成因，对21世纪中国人地关系发展的趋势进行了预测，并提出了挖掘我国土地资源潜力、建立土地集约化经营体系、强化土地资源管理等建议，以促进我国人地关系的协调发展。

The contradiction of large population and insufficient land has hindered the development of China for many years.At the coming of the 21st century,Chinese urbanization process is accelerating,this contradiction is becoming more and more acute.This thesis analysed the cause of it and predicted the trend of the relationship between population and land in the 21st century.Then it put forward some adviceon tapping the latent power of land resources,setting up the system of intensive use of land and strengthening the management of land resources etc.for the purpose of promoting coordinate development of Chinese population and land．
