摘要
本文立足于分析南京市房地产市场的运行情况,指出了我国传统的“房地分离”的房地产市场管理模式所存在的种种弊端,提出了建立“房地合一”新的管理模式的必要性和迫切性,并对其具体内容和基本措施进行了初步的论述。
The paper analyses the status of real estate market running in Nanjing,reveals the problems of defects existing in real estate administration with traditional'building and land separated'pattern,we put forward the indispensability urgency to build a new real estate market administration pattern of'buildings and land combined'pattern,and discuss the specific content and basic measures about the new administration pattern.
