所谓英语中的分隔现象是指依正常的语序和句法结构、关系密切、连在一起的两个句子成分被另一些句子成分所隔开，或者是词汇的习惯搭配关系被拆开等。它给读者增添不少麻烦，弄得不好，往往会把一句话的意思完全搞错。

The separation phenomenon can be often found in the English scientific documents and is difficult to comprehend and translate. This paper sums up the seven types of common separation phenomena and suggests some methods of analysing them and turning them from English into Chinese respectively on the basis of the author's actural experience.
