翻译研究的发展方向──国际翻译学术研讨会述评

The Trends of Translation Studies——A Review of International Symposium on Translation

本文扼要叙述了１９９７年１０月３１日至１１月３日在北京外国语大学举行的国际翻译学术研讨会的内容和ＦＩＴ主席弗洛朗斯·埃尔比洛、中国译协会长叶水夫、北京外国语大学校长陈乃芳等近百名学者参加会议的盛况，并对研讨会讨论的翻译理论研究、发展方向、汉译英及翻译教学等学术问题。

The present article briefly describes the contens of the International Symposium on Translation held at Beijign Foreign Language University from Oct.31 to Nov.3,1997.It reports that Florence Herbulot,Chairman of FIT,Ye Shuifu,President of Transtators’ Association of China, Chen Naifang,President of Beijing Foreign Language University, et al., nearly 100 Chinese and foreign scholars participated in this symposium,reports and makes an academie review of theoretical studies of translation,trends, CE translation and teaching of translation, discussed in the symposium.
