Based on the archaeology datum we have,this article devides Zhon Culture in Tai Lake area into three periods with a span from Western Zhou Dynasty to Spring and Autumn period and Warring States period .Zhou Culture in Tai Lake area is the extension and succesion of Maqiao Culture.Seen from the territory,ethnics and history of Should be Wu State,Zhou Culture in Tai Lake area Wu Culture recorded in historic documents .Tai Lake area is the cradle of Wu Culture.
