摘要
本文提出了区域可持续发展评估的水平和能力指标体系，给出了单项评价、权重确定、综合评价等计算模型。根据１９９５年的统计数据对山东省１７个市地的可持续发展水平进行了定量评估，划分出了可持续发展高水平区、中水平区和低水平区，并简要论述了协调发展对策。
Abstract In this paper,the level and capability index system of sustainable development is put forward. Some new models such as defining index weight with improved AHP,evaluating single index with fuzzy membership function,coordinated coefficient between economy and society,comprehensive evaluation combined with weighted adding and weighted multiplying,etc. Then sustainable development level of 17 cities and districts in Shandong Province in 1995 is evaluated,and the province is divided into 3 belts. At last the coordinating countermeasure is given.
