RBAN HOUSING REFORM AND HOUSING CONFLICT IN NANJING ——Study on the privationzation of public house in practice in Nanjing

文章旨在阐述南京市住房改革纲要，通过对住房改革的分析，揭示住房矛盾。强调今后应当重视住房改革引发的新问题。

The aim of this paper may provide an outline of housing reform in Nanjing. By analysing policies of the privatization of public houses, the authers expose housing conflict, emphatically pay attention to new problems, which may be sparked off by the housing reform, and advance relevant countermeasures.
