Abstract A modelist language theory is set forth. Both language and speech can be viewed as modelling after the physical and the spiritual objective world. The latter is the prototypes, and the former,the models. Between them there are thought-models acting as medis. This is true of all the four aspects of a language;phonetics,vocabulary,grammar and rhetoric.But different languages model after the physical and the spiritual objective world in different ways,as determined by,among other factors,their respective culture and logical mentality.
