お? Health education means to provide planned systematic educational activities to the whole citizen. This article explored the significance and meanings of the health education for the mentally retarded children from different points of views such as the development of the society,the development of health education as a subject of science and the development of the mentally retarded children. The conclusion is that implementing health education for the mentally retarded children can help the mentally retarded children adapt to the society,s development,help the education for the mentally retarded children to achieve its goals.Carrying out health education for mentally retarded children also enriches the development of health education for all people and brings changes of the educations,attitude and educational values.
