Abstract According to our investigation,the cultural composition of the unemployed youth workers is high,the area and industry distribution is relatively concentrated.They have the basic life protection and peaceful and intellectual psychology, but there are minority who are disprited.It has been a chief mode of obtaining employment again for the unemployed youth workers to select jobs by their own and obtain employment through competition,private enterprises and individual economy become an important way,medium severce department developed rapidly, but they still can't meet the need.In the course of this ,the Communist Youth League worked with all walks of life,and has given full scope to it.
