Chinese Sports Legislation under Course of Modernization

伴随着整个社会从经济、政治到文化不断走向现代化的全方位发展，中国的体育立法鲜明地显现出法制现代化和体育现代化的深刻烙印。以现代法治的目光，对本世纪以来特别是７０年代末以来中国体育立法的发展进程进行了审视和分析，概括了在建设社会主义现代化新时期中国体育立法取得的重大进展以及尚存在的主要差距，进一步阐明按照依法治国的时代方向加强和加快体育立法，是推动体育法制建设和体育事业发展的大势所趋。

With the all-round development of the whole society marching into modernization in terms of economy, politics and culture, Chinese sports legislation shows deep brands of legal system modernization and sports moderization distinctly. The study discusses the developmental course of Chinese sports legislation in the 20th century, especially in the past thirty years and sums up significant progresses and major gaps of Chinese sports legislation during the period of socialist modernization construction in terms of modern rule of law. The paper further demonstrates that it is a tendency to strengthen and accelerate sports legisation according to the direction of rule of law in order to promote the construction of sports legal system and development of sports undertaking.
