济南市区少年儿童掌骨发育调查

Investigation of development of the metacarpal bone of juvenile and children in Jinan urban district

通过抽样调查济南市区７－１４周岁男女少年儿童左手Ｘ线片，经计算机图像处理系统对１－５掌骨长及骺长进行精确测量，并将测试数据做统计学处理。结果发现，掌骨长度指数随年龄增长的规律与身高及其它长骨骨端宽度的增长规律具有相似的曲线；手掌骨干骺连合出现的时间较其它部位男生提前１年，女生提前约３年。提供的男女各年龄组掌骨长度综合指数能反映全身长骨发育状况。

The left hand X ray photographs of 7-14 years old male and female juvenile and children in Jinan urban district were investigated.The 1st 5th metacarpal bone length and the epiphysis length were measured accuratelly using the computer image handling system.The data was dealed with statistics.The result showed:The pattern of the metacarpal bone length composite index increasing with age is similar to the increase pattern of the other long bone extremity.As to the time of metacarpal bone line joined,male has one year in advance than other place while female has three years in advance.In this study,metacarpal bone length composite indexes may have reflected the development condition of the whole body.It makes up quite good reference value for objectively calculating height growth tendency and selecting athletes.
