标枪最后两步助跑分析

Analyses of the last two run-up steps in javelin

通过对世界和亚洲优秀标枪运动员投掷步最后两步步幅的分析研究，发现亚洲男子标枪运动员最后两步技术上存在着步幅比例不合理、步幅稳定性差、速度慢等问题。提出了亚洲男子标枪运动员最后两步的节奏模式应是“长—短”式结构；最后两步的比值即倒数第二步与最后一步步幅的比值，应为１．０～１．

Through analyzing and researching the length of the last two throwing steps of excellent athletes in Asian and in the world. We find that the last two steps of Asian man javelin athletes are technically irrational in range proportion the stability is not up to standard and the speed is slow as well .We put forward that the last two steps of Asian man javelin athletes should be“long-short” style, and the ratio of the last two steps, namely that of the last second step and the last step should be 1.0～1.8
