摘要
归纳和总结国内外学者对组织学习起源和内涵的研究情况,分析组织学习的发生机理,阐释组织学习的过程,并对组织学习过程进行分类。在此基础上,在全球一体化的大背景下,重点研究学习是如何发生在本土网络或更大的全球化网络中的,提出基于网络的组织学习过程模型。强调组织学习的个体、团队、组织和组织间四个发生层次,揭示组织学习内部与外部的发生机理,重点研究网络下的组织间学习过程,通过与个体、团队与组织的相互学习,持续而有效地解决组织所面临的各种问题,提升组织应变能力,为将来关于组织学习推动因素的研究奠定基础。
First of all,the origin and connotation of organizational learning are summarized at home and abroad.What's more,the mechanism of organizational learning is analyzed;the process of organizational learning is interpreted and the organizational learning process is classified.Next,in the context of globalization,the study focuses on how learning is conducted in the local network or broa-der global network.Finally,the model of organizational learning process based on network is put for-ward.It is emphasized that the organizational learning is conducted at four levels between individuals, teams,organizations and inter-organizations,and the mechanism of organizational learning in interi-ors and exteriors is revealed.Through the interactive learning among individuals,teams and organiza-tions,all sorts of problems can be solved continuously and effectively,and the strain capacity is en-hanced,which lays the foundation for the driving factors of organizational learning.
