摘要
《中华人民共和国旅游法》(以下简称《旅游法》)于2013年10月1日正式实施,该法的实施杜绝了低价组团旅游以及旅游门票价格制定中的"一言堂"现象,合理解决了导游服务费问题。应正确认识《旅游法》实施的法律意义,在立法层面,重视立法解释与地方立法;在司法层面,提倡司法调解与仲裁;在执法层面,落实价格听证与监督;在守法层面,自觉践行权利与义务。
The implementation of The Tourism Law(official implemented by Chinese government on October 1, 2013) put an end to the low-priced group travel and arbitrary for tourism ticket pricing and solve the problem of guide service fee. To correctly understand the legal significance of the Tourism Law implemented, we should pay attention to legislative interpretation and local legislation in the legislative level, promote the judicial mediation and arbitration in the judicial level, implement the price hearing and monitoring in the law enforcement level and, realize the rights and obligations in compliance levels.
