从教学学术到教学实践:卓越教师基本特征探析 被引量:13

摘要 近年来,高等教育人才培养质量问题日益引起人们的高度关切。提高人才培养质量,教师是关键。文本以大学教师的教学活动为切入点,通过相关文献和访谈资料,从教学学术和教学实践两个视角对卓越教师教学活动的基本特征进行阐释,从知识、能力和情感三个维度建构了卓越教师基本特征的分析框架,指出卓越教师基本特征的厘定是一个整体的概念,受文化、个性等诸多因素影响,是共性和个性的统一。同时指出,国家级教学名师的评选亟待在强化教学活动的专业性方面发挥示范作用。 These years, the issue of professionals' training quality in higher education has drawn people's increasing concern. Better quality of professionals' training matters with teachers. The text starts with college teachers' teaching activity. Through relevant literature and interview data, the basic feature of outstanding teachers' teaching activity is expounded from the perspectives of both teaching research and teaching practice and the analytic framework of outstanding teachers' basic character constructed from the three perspectives of knowledge, capability and emotion.The essay writer states that outstanding teachers' basic character is defined as a concept as a whole affected by many factors including culture and individuality etc.a sort of combination of both universality and indi- viduality. It is also stated that the assessment of teaching masters at state level is urgently exemplified in intensifying teaching activity.
