在希士元素存在下应用茜素磺酸纳对鈧的分光光度法研究

摘要 本文报告以茜素磺酸纳作为钪的显色剂,在pH 1.5-2.5范围内(一般以采用pH=2.0的缓冲液可得较佳结果),不必分离希土元素,可以应用分光光度计,直接测定微量钪的含量,共误差不会超过2%。 Spectrophotometric determination of scandium by use of sodium alizarin-3- sulphonate in presence of rare earths is described. Scandium and rare earths formed color complex with alizarin sulphonate, the wave length of maxium absorption is 540 mμ. The color is very sensitive to change in pH. When solutions are buffered at pH 1.5-2.5, only scanidium still form color complex but rare earths can't. The complex is formed within 10 min. and remains stable for 2 hrs. If presence of large ammount of sodium barium amonium or strontium ions may interfere the determination.
