摘要
长期以来我国建筑业缺乏对全生命周期价值链的整体关注,价值链中各个环节相互脱节,没有共同的价值目标,导致了成本较高的现状。本文旨在通过对建筑业全生命周期价值链的分析,拓展我国建筑业成本管理的关注面。并通过工程总承包和BOT模式对现有价值链进行优化,把勘察、设计、施工、运营归集在同一个主体下管理,提高用户对建筑产品的满意度,降低产品成本。
For a long time, the reconnaissance, design & construction contact of our country' architecture industry is parallel. Reconnaissance, design & construction don' t have a common value target. Our country' architecture product cost is higher than developing country' s. In this article, we can wide the vision range of our country' architecture cost management, through studying of whole life-cycle value-chain of architecture product, For the more, through D-B/EPC & BOT model, we can manage reconnaissance, desigin , construction & prosecution under one contractor, make them have a common value target. So we can get the aim of saving our country' architecture product cost.
