摘要
采用ICP MS法对人尸体 1 0种器官组织样品中痕量稀土元素测定进行了研究 ,选择了最佳仪器工作参数 ,用铑 (Rh)为内标元素补偿基体效应和灵敏度漂移 ,检出限为 0 .0 0 5 ( 89Y)~ 0 .0 2 3( 172 Yb)ng mL ,肝样品的加标回收率为 81 %~ 1 1 8% ,相对标准偏差为 1 .6%~ 1 4%。在严格质量控制的基础上用HNO3 +HClO4混合酸消解样品 ,不须分离富集 ,直接对人尸体的肺、肝、骨、甲状腺、小肠、胃、肌肉、肾、脾和心中 1 5种痕量稀土元素进行测定。
This paper described the determination of 15 trace rare earth elements in 10 kinds of human autopsy organ or tissue by ICP-MS. The instrumental operating conditions were optimized for the measurement of REEs. The internal standard method was adopted to compensate matrix effect. The detection limits were 0.005 (^(89)Y)~0.023(^(172)Yb) ng/mL, the relative standard deviations were 1.6%~14%. Human autopsy organ or tissue samples were digested by mixed acid (HNO_3+ (HClO_4)). The determination of 15 REEs in lung, liver, bone, thyroid gland, intestinum tenue, muscle, stomach, spleen and heart were performed by ICP-MS without separation and enrichment procedures.
