摘要
沈阳市郑家洼子6512号和659号两座青铜时代墓出土的两具人骨,是1965年8月间经由发掘单位送交鉴定的。两具人骨材料是:
The materials studied were unearthed from Bronze Age Tombs Nos. 6512 and 695 at Cheng-chia-wa-tzu in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. They consist of two imcomplete skulls and some limb bones which have been identified as to have belonged to two old men.
Morphologically both skulls are characterized by some conspicuous Mongoloid features. The great diameter of their cranial vault, their brachcrany and flat face all resemble modern Mongols while their hypsicrany suggests affinity to modern Northern Chinese. On the other hand, their cranial length-height indexes are much higher than those of the modern Mongols and Tunguses. They thus seem to have combined the morphorlogical features of both Northern Mongoloids and Far Eastern Mongoloids.
