浅析成人教育生源流失的原因及对策

A Brief Analysis of Causes and Countermeasures against Dropping Out of Students of Adult Education

由于受高等教育大众化、自学考试的竞争、在校生流失等因素的影响,成人教育生源的流失问题日益明显,笔者指出成人教育必须与市场经济接轨,保证质量,通过实施学分制,加强网络教育,争取政府支持等措施扩大生源。

The problem of the dropping out of the student source of adult education is increasingly obvious because of such factors as the popularization of higher education, the competition of self -study examination and the dropping out of student sources. This thesis points out that the adult education must meet the needs of market economy and guarantee the quality by implementing credit system, strengthening network education and obtaining the government support to increase the student numbers.
