摘要
利用盐酸土霉素能溶于无水乙醇而硫酸新霉素不溶的特性 ,将土霉素从新得米先可溶性粉中分离除去 ,再按抗生素微生物检定法测定新霉素的含量。该方法的平均回收率为 10 0 .3% ,RSD为 0 .4 %。按此方法测定 3批供试品 ,含新霉素分别为标示量的 92 .7%、98.8%和 98.9%。
Neomycin and other inactive materials were separated from Neo-Terramycin soluble powder while (oxytetracycline) hydrochloride solvated in anhydrous ethanol, then neomycin could be determined by the microbioassay. The average recovery of the method was 100.3% with RSD of 0.4%. The content of neomycin in the three batches of Neo-Terramycin soluble powder samples determined by this method was 92.7%, 98.8% and 98.9% of the stated amount respectively.
