摘要
以杧果(台农1号)为材料,研究1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)对采后杧果常温(20℃)贮藏下脂氧合酶(lipoxygenase,LOX)活性、脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)含量、呼吸强度变化的影响。结果表明:用50μL/L1-MCP20℃处理12h能明显延缓其呼吸高峰的出现;在处理后10 d能明显抑制LOX活性(在采后20 d活性下降到最低);在贮藏前期(10 d)能明显抑制ABA生物合成,使ABA含量保持在较低的水平。
A attempt was made to study the effects of lipoxygenase (LOX) activity, abscisic acid (ABA) content and respiratory rate on Tainong No.l mangoes by l-methylcyclopropene(l-MCP) treated during storage at 20 ℃. The results showed that the treatment with 50 mL/L of 1 -MCP at 20 ℃ for 12h delayed the respiratory peak of mango fruit obviously, inhibited the LOX activity after 10 days of treatment (the lowest activity after 20 days of treatment), and restrained biosynthesis of ABA obviously at the prophase storage (within 10 days), resulting in low ABA content.
