公共图书馆讲座可持续发展是图书馆服务大众,扩大社会影响的必然选择。将创新方法中的要素重组法引入讲座工作中,列举讲座要素的构成,探讨讲座关键要素中,关于经费、主讲人资源、受众认知度、非专业传播与制作等方面存在的问题,以及讲座要素重组的六大策略,如抓住讲座核心要素、以受众需求为导向、大胆组合打造讲座、借助活动带动讲座、打破单一要素模式、提高讲座要素整体,进而达到讲座社会效益最大化。

Sustainable development of the lectures organized by public libraries is inevitable choice for serving public and extending the social impact.Applying the essential element recombination method of innovation approach into lectures,the authors list the component parts of elements,and find problems existing in the key elements,such as special funds,speaker resources,audience awareness,non-professional communication and production.In order to maximize the social benefits,the authors also put forward six strategies of lecture essential element recombination,such as paying attention to core element,taking audience as orientation,creating lectures by combining other factors,organizing promotional activities,breaking the single-element mode as well as improving the entire elements of lectures.
