摘要
机构知识库作为开放获取的一种实现模式,在世界范围内尤其是欧美国家发展迅速,而在亚洲只有日本发展最为迅速。文章首先对日本机构知识库发展的总体情况、政策层面的支持及其在线机构知识库进行介绍,然后对日本机构知识库的建设主体、资源类型及语言分布情况进行详细的分析,最后有针对性地对我国机构知识库的发展提出建议。
As an implementation pattern of open access,institutional repository has developed rapidly in the world,especially in the west.And in Asia,Japan is the fastest growing nation.This paper describes the development,policy support and the JAIRO of Japanese institutional repository.Then the main building,resource type and language distribution of institutional repository in Japan are analyzed.Finally,issues for the development of Chinese institutional repository are put forward.
