摘要
金融危机期间,英美公共图书馆因其免费的资源和服务突显了公共图书馆的价值,但同时也不可避免受到财政削减的冲击。本文论述英美公共图书馆应对金融危机的具体经验及其对我国未来公共图书馆发展的启示。
In the times of recession,the values of public libraries are highlighted in the UK and the USA as offering the free resources and services,but these libraries are still facing the risk of budgets cuts.The article provides an introduction to its experience and discusses the inspiration to our public libraries in future development.
