图书馆“超市化”管理模式应用调查研究——以广东省部分高校为例

Applied Research on the "Supermarket" Management Pattern of Libraries:A Case Study of Some Universites Libraries in Guangdong Province

文章把超市管理与图书馆管理结合起来进行对比分析,阐述了"超市化"管理模式在图书馆的应用,并根据对广东省部分高校图书馆应用"超市化"管理模式的调查问卷结果,对这一模式在图书馆的应用现状进行分析研究和探讨对策。

The paper provides a brief comparative analysis on the supermarket management and library management and expounds the application of supermarket management pattern in library. And based on the questionaire results conducting in some university libraries in Guangdong Province,which adopts the supermarket management,the author analyzes the current situation and puts forward the countermeasures in accordance with the existing problems.
