摘要
结合图书馆开展信息咨询的基本需求,探讨分析智能咨询系统的成熟产品及技术特点,融合人工智能的理念和信息咨询的方法和技术,构建图书馆智能咨询系统模型,该模型在逻辑和现实性上都具有可行性并且适应网络信息资源的动态海量异构特征,有一定的参考价值。
According to the need of information consulting in library,the paper analyzes the characteristics of mature products and technologies. And then artificial intelligence and information consulting methods are used to build Intelligent Consultion System model.The model is not noly adapt to the mass dynamic heterogeneous network information,but also feasible in logic and reality which provides references for building intelligent consulting system.
